Do You Qualify?
- If you’re a sophomore, junior, senior or recent graduate, we encourage you to apply. All academic majors are welcome.
- Students must have completed a minimum of 45 semester hours (67 quarter hours) of undergraduate work prior to applying to the Focus on the Family Institute.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 is recommended but not required. A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or less will not be considered for admission.
- A student must be 26 years of age or younger upon arrival at the Institute.
- Married student are not permitted to attend the Institute, either singly or together.
- International students must have a proficiency in the English language (oral & written). Students living in countries with a Focus on the Family Associate Office may—and in some cases must—work through that office as they are considered for acceptance at FFI.
- Students who are the primary caretaker for their children are not eligible to attend the Institute.
- Students should demonstrate a desire to grow spiritually and exhibit leadership qualities through their extracurricular activities, community involvement, essays and letters of recommendation.
- If admitted, students must personally obtain and show proof of health insurance before arrival at FFI.
